Recreate ASA: Credit committee approval for bank loan extensions

Porsgrunn, 17 October 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Recreate ASA ("Recreate" or the "Company") on 22 December 2022, 10 January 2023 and 26 September 2023, regarding the Company’s financial situation and loan maturities expiring mid-October 2023.

Recreate is pleased to announce that the Company has received positive credit committee approval for its remaining bank loans to be extended to Q4 2025. Formal signing are expected within end of October 2023.
