R8 Property ASA - Exercise of option to acquire remaining 83.45% of Inkognito Park 33

Porsgrunn, 26 May 2021 - R8 Property ASA ("R8 Property") today notified Inkognitogaten 33 A AS that R8 Property will exercise its option to acquire the remaining 83.45% of Inkognitogaten 33 A AS, for a price of NOK 152 271 420. Funding and completion of the transaction will take place on 30 June 2022. Following completion of the transaction, R8 Property will own 91.73% of Inkognitogaten 33 A AS
