Recreate ASA: Changes to the board of directors

Porsgrunn, 8th of March 2023: Leif Oddvin Jensen and Fredrik Torgersen have today resigned from their board positions with immediate effect.

The reason for the resignations are to avoid any potential conflicts of interest in strategically important decision making processes going forward.

The company's board is still in compliance with the Company's articles of association and the companies act, and an extraordinary general meeting to supplement the board will therefore not be called.

Recreate would like to thank Leif Oddvin Jensen and Fredrik Torgersen for an engaging collaboration. With their knowledge and experience, they have made an important contribution to the board.
