Recreate ASA – CFO resignation

Porsgrunn, 14 April 2023: Recreate ASA ("Recreate" or the "Company") informs that Eirik Engaas has tendered his resignation from his position as CFO in Recreate in order to pursue opportunities outside of the Company. Engaas will remain in his current role until no later than mid October 2023 coinciding with the timeline of the current agreement with financial creditors in the restructuring efforts of the Company. Carl Henrik Bertelsen, currently Financial Manager in Recreate, will be the company’s new CFO after Engaas.

Bertelsen holds a Master degree from then Norwegian School of economics (NHH) and has been Financial Manager in Recreate since 2019. Previously he was the CFO of Netscenario AS and business controller at Kebony AS.

“I have really enjoyed working with Eirik and he will be missed when he leaves the Company. His hard work, dedication and financial expertise have been instrumental to Recreate – and will continue to be very important in the ongoing restructuring efforts with a timeline until mid October 2023.
