Recreate ASA: Deputy board member resignation

Porsgrunn, 18th of October 2023: Recreate ASA informs that deputy board member Truls Fjeldberg has resigned from the Board of Directors due to his appointment as CFO of Trainor AS. Mr. Fjeldberg has been a deputy member of the Board of Directors since 2021.

A new deputy board member will be elected at the Company´s next ordinary general meeting.
