Milan, 7 thOctober 2020 – Following the press release issued on 1st October 2020, please be informed that, pursuant to article 5 of the Regulations approved by Consob Resolution No. 17221 of 12 March 2010, as subsequently modified and integrated, the Information Document Relating to Major Transactions with Related Parties, approved by the Board of Directors on 1st October 2020 and prepared to illustrate the reverse merger by absorption of Rossini Investimenti S.p.A. and Fimei S.p.A. into Recordati S.p.A., together with the related favorable opinion expressed by the Committee for Related-Party Transactions, composed of independent Directors, is available to the public, as of today, at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.recordati.it, in the area "Investors", section "Shareholders' Meetings – Reverse Merger into Recordati S.p.A. 2020/2021") and on the storage mechanism ().
