Reckon h a s announc e d that it will buy-back up to 10% of its shar e s as part o f the Comp a ny’s strategy t o manage it s capital base in the b e st interest s of the shareholders. Reckon c o ntinues to g enerate strong opera t ing cash fl o w that is m ore than s u fficient to f und ongoing c a pital requi r ements an d regular di v idend pay m ents to s h areholder s .
