RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Reckon Limited announces that Christopher Woodforde resigns as a director of the company with immediate effect.

Mr Woodforde’s commitments outside of Reckon have increased significantly in recent months and as a result Mr Woodforde has tendered his resignation.

Mr Woodforde has been a director of the company since 1 July 2015.

Ian Ferrier, Chairman of the company said:

“It is with reluctance that we accept Chris’ resignation. He was great contributor to the company and we wish him well in his other endeavours.”
