DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces the following changes in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

Reckitt Benckiser Group 2015 Savings Related Share Option Plan

(the "Sharesave Plan")

On 1 September 2015 employees were granted options under the Sharesave Plan over Shares with an exercise price of £48.71.  The options are granted in conjunction with the entering into of a three or five-year savings contract.

The following Directors and PDMRs were each granted an option to acquire Shares under the terms of the Sharesave Plan:
