RECKITT BENCKISER GROUP PLC

DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces the following changes in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company.

Adjustments have been made to certain options and awards granted under the Company's share plans following the demerger of RB's pharmaceuticals business, which was completed with the admission of Indivior PLC to the London Stock Exchange on 23 December 2014.  Shareholders in the Company received one ordinary share in Indivior PLC for every share held in RB. 

1.  There were no changes to shares held beneficially by Directors and PDMRs. 

2. The Company made adjustments to the following unapproved options granted under The Reckitt Benckiser 1999 Share Option Plan, the Reckitt Benckiser Long-Tern Incentive Plan 2006 and The Reckitt Benckiser Group 2007 Long-term Incentive Plan for the following Directors and PDMRs:
