DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

Vesting of Replacement Award

As previously announced on 27 October 2023, Shannon Eisenhardt, Chief Financial Officer, was awarded 5,248 performance Shares on 26 October 2023 in relation to the long-term incentive award over NIKE, Inc. shares granted to Shannon in August 2022, and vesting based on the measures and targets for the Reckitt 2022 LTIP award (as disclosed in the Company's 2021 and 2024 Annual Report). The shares will vest at 68% with a total of 3,568 shares. As part of the award, Shannon was also entitled to an accrual of 248 shares by way of a dividend equivalent on the award. 1,798 shares were sold on 1 August 2025 at a price of £56.54 per share to release sufficient funds to settle the resultant tax and social security liabilities arising from the vesting.

The following notifications are made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2-A, incorporating article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
