RECKITT BENCKISER GROUP PLC

DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "Reckitt") announces the following changes in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

Reckitt Benckiser Group 2015 Savings Related Share Option Plan (the "UK Sharesave Plan")

On 26 March 2024 employees were granted options under the UK Sharesave Plan with an option price of £40.49. No consideration is payable for the grant of an option. The options are granted in conjunction with the entering into a three or five-year saving plan.

The Company announces that Kris Licht and Shannon Eisenhardt, each elected to participate in the 2024 offer under the UK Sharesave Plan. Kris was granted an option over 780 Shares, which will become exercisable after five years, on 1 May 2029 and Shannon was granted an option over 780 Shares, which will become exercisable after five years, on 1 May 2029.

Reckitt Benckiser Group 2015 US Savings-Related Share Option Plan (the "US Sharesave Plan")

On 26 March 2024 employees were granted options under the US Sharesave Plan with an option price of £40.49. No consideration is payable for the grant of an option. The options are granted in conjunction with the entering into a three- or five-year saving plan.

The Company announces that Patrick Sly and Susan Sholtis each elected to participate in the 2024 offer under the US Sharesave Plan. Susan was granted an option over 222 Shares, which will become exercisable after three years, on 1 May 2027 and Patrick was granted an option over 222 Shares, which will become exercisable after three years, on 1 May 2027.

The following notifications are made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2-A, incorporating article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
