DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces the following change in the interests of a PDMR in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

The Company was notified on 12 March 2020 that Aditya Sehgal, Chief Operating Officer, Health and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, jointly with his wife, Seema Sehgal, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA"), purchased a total of 10,000 Shares on 11 March 2020.  3,000 Shares were purchased at a price of £56.00 per share, 5,000 Shares were purchased at a price of £55.50 per share, and 2,000 Shares were purchased at a price of £56.24705 per share.

Following these transactions, the beneficial holding of Mr Sehgal and his PCAs is 73,314 Shares in the Company, representing 0.0103% of the total voting rights of the Company.

The following notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2-A, incorporating article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
