DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces the following change in the interests of a Director/PDMR in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares"):

The Company was notified on 8 March 2020 that Harold van den Broek, Chief Operating Officer, Hygiene Home, and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, jointly with his wife, Elizabeth Hunnekens, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA"), purchased 8,000 Shares on 6 March 2020 at a price of £60.00 per share.

Following these transactions, the beneficial holdings of Mr van den Broek and his PCAs is 42,221 Shares in the Company, representing 0.0059% of the total voting rights of the Company.
