DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces the following change in the interests of a Director in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

The Company was notified on 25 October 2019 that Katherine Victoria Tucker, the spouse of Warren Tucker, Independent Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 1,000 Shares on 25 October 2019.

420 Shares and 580 Shares were purchased by Katherine Victoria Tucker, on 25 October 2019 at a price of £58.04 and £58.10 per share respectively.

Following this transaction, the beneficial holding of Mr Tucker and persons closely associated with him is 3,614 Shares in the Company, representing 0.0005% of the total voting rights of the Company.  

The following notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
