DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces the following change in the interests of a Director in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 29 August 2019, Adrian Hennah, Chief Financial Officer, exercised the following options granted under the Reckitt Benckiser Group 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan:

1.   73,312 share options granted on 13 February 2013 at an option price of £41.44 per share. 61,057 of the resulting shares were disposed of at £63.9938 per share to meet his resultant liabilities and the balance of 12,255 shares were retained.

2.   92,540 share options granted on 11 December 2013 at an option price of £46.51 per share. 81,063 of the resulting shares were disposed of at £63.9938 per share to meet his resultant liabilities and the balance of 11,477 shares were retained.

3.   45,000 share options granted on 1 December 2014 at an option price of £50.57 per share. 40,974 of the resulting shares were disposed of at £63.9938 per share to meet his resultant liabilities and the balance of 4,026 shares were retained.

Following this transaction, the total beneficial holding of Shares by Mr Hennah and his connected persons has increased to 147,900 Shares, representing 0.0209% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.

The following notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
