DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 3 June 2016, Rob de Groot, Area Executive Vice President ENA, a PDMR, exercised 42,540 share options granted on 7 December 2009 at an option price of £30.78 per share and disposed of all the resulting Shares at £69.0028.

Following this transaction, Mr de Groot's shareholding is 313,425 Shares, representing 0.0444% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.
