DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 27 May 2016, Rob de Groot, Area Executive Vice President ENA, a PDMR, exercised 61,693 share options granted on 8 December 2008 at an option price of £26.54 per share and disposed of all the resulting Shares at £69.00 per Share.    On 31 May 2016, Mr de Groot exercised 50,000 options granted on 7 December 2009 at an option price of £30.78 per share and 111,048 options granted on 1 December 2010 at £33.68 per share and disposed of all the resulting Shares at £69.0141 and £69.0078 per share respectively.

Following these transactions, Rob de Groot's shareholding is 313,425 Shares, representing 0.0444% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.
