In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), as at

28 November 2025, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc:

·      has 732,089,339 issued ordinary shares of 10p each admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc;

·      holds 58,822,847 ordinary shares in treasury. The voting rights of treasury shares are automatically suspended; and

·      accordingly, has total voting rights of 673,266,492.
