DEATH OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc announces the death of Olivier Bohuon, an Independent Non-Executive Director
It is with great sadness Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces today that Olivier Bohuon, an independent non-Executive Director of the Company passed away on 5 May 2024. Mr Bohuon served as a member of the Board since January 2021 and was a member of the Remuneration and CRSEC Committees.
Commenting, Jeremy Darroch, Chair of the Company said: "It is with deep sadness that we learned of the passing of our fellow Board member Olivier Bohuon. Olivier was a highly respected and valued member of our Board and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working with him. Our thoughts and condolences are with Olivier's family and loved ones during this terribly difficult time."
The announcement is made in accordance with Rule 9.6.11 of the London Stock Exchange's Listing Rules.
