Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("Reckitt") announces that Jeremy Darroch has been appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and as a member of the Nomination Committee with effect from his appointment to the Board on 1 November 2022. Jeremy is also a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Reckitt further announces that Olivier Bohuon, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, Ethics and Compliance Committee with effect from 1 November 2022.
