Mary Harris: Appointment as designated Non-Executive Director

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Harris, as designated Non-Executive Director, for engagement with the Company's workforce, in line with the provisions of the UK Corporate Governance Code 2018 (the "Code"), with effect from 26 July 2019.

Mary joined the Board in February 2015 and currently sits on the Nomination and Remuneration Committees, chairing the latter.

There are no additional details relating to the appointments that are required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11(3).
