RECKITT BENCKISER GROUP PLC

As previously announced, Sue Shim, Jaspal Bindra and Doug Tough did not stand for re-election as Directors at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 5 May 2016, and stood down from the Board with effect from the conclusion of the meeting.  

As required by section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, it is confirmed that they will each receive their pro-rata entitlement to non-executive director fees for the period up to 5 May 2016. No payments for loss of office will be made.
