Description

The securities of Recce Pharmaceuticals Ltd (‘RCE’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of RCE, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 12 September 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Recce Pharmaceuticals Ltd (ASX:RCE) – Trading halt request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Recce Pharmaceuticals Ltd ACN 124 849 065 ( Company ) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement relating to a proposed material equity capital raise.

The Company requests that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 12 September 2023 or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to a material equity capital raise.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

This announcement has been approved for release by Recce Pharmaceuticals Board.
