EXTENSION OF PROSPECTUS OFFER PERIOD

The Directors of Recce Ltd wish to a dvise that the Closing Date of the Replacement Prospectus, dated 21 September 2015, has bee n extended. The Offer will now close at 5.00pm A WST on Wednesday, 21 October 2015. A re v ised indicative timetable in relation to the Offer i s as follows:
