EXTENSION OF PROSPECTUS OFFER PERIOD

The Directors of Recce Ltd wish to a dvise that the Closing Date of the Replacement Prospectus, dated 21 September 2015, has bee n extended. The Offer will now close at 5.00pm A WST on Friday, 30 October 2015. A revised indicati v e timetable in relation to the Offer is as follows:
