Date of 2018 Annual General Meeting

SYDNEY, Australia, 8 October 2018: Recce Pharmaceuticals Ltd (ASX: RCE) ( Recce or the Company ), developing a new class of synthetic antibiotics, wishes to announce a change to the date of the 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Company. The meeting was previously to be held on Tuesday, 20 November 2018.

The new details for the 2018 Annual General Meeting are as follows:

Date: Thursday, 29 November 2018

Time: 12:00pm (AEDT)

Location: Level 5, 126 Phillip Street, Sydney NSW 2000

The Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form will be circulated to shareholders in due course.
