Fornebu, Norway - September 28, 2015: REC Silicon ASA (REC Silicon) announced

today that negotiations between the U.S. and China related to a resolution of

the trade war involving Chinese solar panels imported into the U.S. and U.S.

polysilicon exported into China are ongoing. REC Silicon remains hopeful that a

resolution of the solar trade war between the U.S. and China will be achieved.
