REC Silicon ASA - Change of date for AGM

Fornebu, Norway - March 10, 2015: REC Silicon ASA (REC Silicon) has decided to

change the date for REC Silicon's annual general meeting from 5 May 2015 to 6

May at 4:00 p.m. Central European Time (CET). Notice of the annual general

meeting and related documents will in due course be made available at the

company's website www.rec silicon.com.
