shares in REC Silicon ASA (REC) at NOK 1.6128 per

share. Mr. Ulltveit-Moe is Chairman of the Board of

Directors of REC.

After the transaction Jens Ulltveit-Moe and associated

companies have a total holding of 543.840.870 shares

(including 53.861.032 shares on forward contracts) -

equivalent to 23.50 % - in REC Silicon ASA.
