Sandvika, March 25, 2010: An Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders

of Renewable Energy Corporation ASA ("REC") was held on March 25, 2010 at 09:00

(Oslo time) at REC's headquarters in Sandvika, Norway.

320,520,067 shares were represented, corresponding to 48.22 percent of the share

capital.

All matters proposed in the notice of the meeting which was issued on March

3, 2010 were resolved as proposed.
