Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting.

महोदय / महोदया ,

In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of REC Limited (“REC”/ “the Company”) will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026 inter-alia to consider the proposal for declaration of 4[th] Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26.

Further, as per Company’s “Code of conduct for regulating, monitoring & reporting of trading by designated persons & their immediate relatives and for fair disclosure”, the trading window will remain closed for trading in REC’s equity shares and other listed securities with immediate effect till March 18, 2026 and trading window will open with effect from March 19, 2026. During the said closure period, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in REC’s equity shares / listed securities.
