Sub: Change in Directorship of REC Limited due to completion of tenure of two Independent Directors.

Dear Sir(s),

Ministry of Power, Government of India vide Order dated November 13, 2015 had appointed Shri A. Krishna Kumar and Prof. T.T. Ram Mohan as Part time Non Official Independent Directors on the Board of REC Limited for a period of three years from the date of notification of their appointment or till further orders, whichever is earlier.

In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is now informed that on completion of aforesaid tenure of three years on 12th November, 2018, Shri A. Krishna Kumar and Prof. T.T. Ram Mohan have ceased to be Independent Directors on the Board of REC Limited with immediate effect.
