Executive Board and the Advisory Board of REALTECH AG, Walldorf, have
resolved to propose in the next ordinary shareholders meeting, which is
planned to take place on May 29, 2008, a special distribution of funds from
capital reserves in the amount of EUR 4.00 per share to the shareholders.
