On May 05, 2011, Baden-Württembergische Versorgungsanstalt für Ärzte, Zahn-
und Tierärzte, Gartenstraße 63, 72074 Tübingen, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on REALTECH AG, Walldorf, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on May 02, 2011 and on that day amounted to
3.07% (this corresponds to 164320 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.07% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 164320 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft
mbH.
