On May 16, 2011, Auer von Welsbach Privatstiftung, Volksgartenstraße 5/6,
1010 Wien, Österreich has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on REALTECH AG, Walldorf,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on April 08, 2011 and on that day amounted to 0% (this
corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights) is to be attributed
to the company from AvW Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH.
