Walldorf, July 8, 2011. Nicola Glowinski (55), Chief Executive Officer of
REALTECH AG since March 23, 2004, is leaving REALTECH AG by mutual
agreement and at his own request on August 1, 2011. The background to this
decision is the diversion in viewpoints between him and the Supervisory
Board as to the future strategic alignment of the Group. The Supervisory
and Executive Boards would like to thank Mr. Glowinski for his great
dedication and the work he has done over the past years.

At the same time, Dr. Rudolf Caspary (47) has been appointed as the new
Chief Executive Office. He will take over Mr. Glowinski's departments. Dr.
Rudolf Caspary has been a member of the Executive Board at REALTECH AG
since 2004 and had global responsibility for the Software Products
department until now.
