Date of HY results and upcoming release of shares subject to voluntary escrow arrangements

ReadyTech Holdings Limited ( ReadyTech or the Company ) will announce its financial results for the period ended 31 December 2020 on Wednesday, 17 February 2021.

ReadyTech will hold an investor and analyst briefing at 10.30am (AEDT) on Wednesday, 17 February 2021 following the release of the results on the ASX.

In addition, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, ReadyTech confirms that 17,269,806 fully paid ordinary shares ( Escrowed Shares ), subject to voluntary escrow arrangements, will be released from voluntary escrow following the satisfaction of the requirements in the Voluntary Escrow Deeds dated 29 March 2019 ( Escrow Deeds ).

As per the ASX Announcements released to the ASX on 22 October 2020 and 2 November 2020 and the Escrow Deeds, the Escrowed Shares belonging to the Pemba Capital Shareholders[1] will be released from escrow on the date on which ReadyTech announces its results for the half year ending 31 December 2020 to the market, being Wednesday, 17 February 2021.

Further details of the voluntary escrow arrangements were detailed in section 7.8 of ReadyTech’s Prospectus dated 29 March 2019.
