ReadyTech Holdings Limited (ASX code: RDY) ( ReadyTech or the Company ) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, William Hundy, from Company Matters has resigned as an additional Company Secretary of ReadyTech effective 23 September 2020.

Nimesh Shah and Melissa Jones remain as Company Secretaries of the Company.
