Appointment of Alternate Director

ReadyTech Holdings Limited (ASX: RDY) ( ReadyTech or the Company ) advises that Mr Mark Summerhayes has been appointed as an Alternate Director to Mr Tom Matthews, effective 22 July 2019.

Mr Matthews is a representative of Pemba[1] which is a substantial holder in the Company. Pemba is a leading private equity manager focused on investments in small and mid-sized private businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

Mr Summerhayes is a Managing Director of Pemba. Prior to joining Pemba in 2005, Mr Summerhayes was Managing Director of Smedvig Capital, co-founded SB Capital Partners, a private equity partnership and also worked for Bain & Company advising corporates on a mix of strategy, M&A and operational improvement projects.

Mr Summerhayes holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Mr Summerhayes is also the Chair of Coverforce and is a Director of Ausreo, Instant Access, InteriorCo and Open Office.
