2025 Annual General Meeting
3 September 2025 – ReadyTech Holdings Limited (ASX: RDY) ( ReadyTech ) (ABN 25 632 137 216) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, it will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 18 November 2025.
Further details regarding the ReadyTech 2025 Annual General Meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting that will be provided to shareholders and released to ASX in due course.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 9 September 2025.
