ReadCloud signs distribution agreement with Oxford University Press
The Directors of ReadCloud Limited (ReadCloud; ASX:RCL) are pleased to announce it has entered into a direct distribution agreement with Oxford University Press Australia & New Zealand ("OUP”) for supply of digital textbooks to the Australian school market.
Oxford University Press Australia & New Zealand is a leading publisher of education textbooks and is a department of the University of Oxford. It furthers the University’s objectives of excellence in research, scholarship, and education by publishing worldwide.
Prior to signing this agreement, ReadCloud hosted and encrypted OUP digital content for sale on behalf of some of OUP’s existing school resellers. However, the new agreement means that ReadCloud can now sell OUP content to schools directly and also allows for other OUP resellers to supply OUP’s digital textbooks through the ReadCloud platform in the future.
