ReadCloud Limited (Company) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (ASX) on Monday, 5 February 2018.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 11:00 am AEDT on Wednesday, 7 February 2018. The Company has raised $6 million under its replacement prospectus dated 19 December 2017 by the offer of 30,000,000 ordinary shares at $0.20 per share together with one free attaching option for every 2 shares subscribed exerciseable at 30 cents expiring 30 November 2020 (and including one additional option for every 3 shares subscribed for by pre-committed investors). Additional options issued to pre-committed investors are subject to ASX escrow as set out in the section of this notice headed ‘ASX Restricted Securities’.
