Change of Company Secretary

ReadCloud Limited (ASX: RCL) (“ReadCloud” or “the Company") advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16 that Ms Melanie Leydin has resigned as Company Secretary of ReadCloud.

The Board would like to thank Melanie for her services as Company Secretary over the last 6 years.

Mr Luke Murphy, ReadCloud’s Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as Company Secretary. Mr Murphy will be the person responsible for communications with the ASX in relation to ASX Listing Rule matters under ASX Listing Rule 12.6
