Change to date of Annual General Meeting

ReadCloud Limited (“ReadCloud” or “the Company”; ASX: RCL) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 7 February 2022.

The Annual General Meeting date has changed from the previously disclosed date of Friday, 18 February 2022.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the Annual General Meeting within the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which will be released to the ASX as soon as possible. The Notice of Meeting will then also be available on the Company’s website at https://readcloud.com/.
