Close of accelerated bookbuild ("React" or the "Company")

React is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement issued this morning, entitled "Proposed secondary placing of ordinary shares in React Group Plc", the accelerated book build has now closed and has been successful.  93,452,380 ordinary shares of 0.25p each, representing 33.93% of the issued share capital of the Company, have been placed with institutions and private clients at a price per share of 0.45 pence.

There is no change to the number of shares in issue, which remains 275,407,753.
