Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

REACT (AIM: REAT), is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcements made on 14 April 2022 regarding the proposed Placing, a Circular, including the notice of a General Meeting, and a Form of Proxy are today being posted to shareholders.

The General Meeting will be held at Friars 123, Novotel London Blackfriars, 46 Blackfriars Road, London, SE1 8NZ on 5 May 2022 at 12 noon.
