Resignation of Non-Executive Director

REACT Group plc (AIM: REAT), the specialist provider of rapid response deep cleaning and emergency decontamination services, announces that Mr Simon Woolley, non-executive director, has today tendered his resignation. Simon was re-appointed in September as an independent non-executive director to bridge the gap of continuity during the recent Board restructuring. Mr Woolley will leave the board by 14 March 2018 by which time the Company expects to have appointed an appropriate independent non-executive director. Further details will be announced once this process is advanced.
