The Board of REACT Group PLC announce that non-executive director Lesley Innes has stepped down with immediate effect.  We thank her for her contribution and wish her well in the future.

The Board would also like to announce that further to the announcement of 27 November 2018 it is in the final stages of appointing a new Managing Director.
