REACT Group plc (AIM: REAT.L), the leading specialist support services provider to the FM industry, announces that on 19 March 2025, Robert Gilbert, Non-Executive Director, purchased 15,281 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 65.60 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Gilbert has an interest in 19,584 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
